Outdoor Training:

Many of my clients either train exclusively outdoors or choose to do a few of their sessions a week outdoors therefore, either of these is an option.  Outdoor training is done at a public or private park usually near your neighborhood. I provide the equipment for each session.

If you do not have your own home gym, or access to a gym, do not fret as I have a wide variety of work out equipment and can train you at your local park or community green belt. Outdoor training definitely has its advantages and proves to be great for my favored agility type drills which will have you burning extra calories even when you are finished with your session.
