TrainwithLottie’s Personal Mission

Train with Lottie’s founder, Lottie Siann, is personally motivated to aide in improving the lives of each of her clients. She works to help her clients adopt lifestyle changes and takes delight in making impressions on peoples’ lives through teaching them to embrace exercise, healthy nutrition choices and lifestyle modifications.

How can I help you reach your goals?

Each of my clients receive their own customized fitness program which is designed to help them both achieve their exercise goals, correct any muscular/skeletal imbalances, and improve their current level of fitness and functionality in their everyday lives. I’ve been a practicing yogi for over 8 years now which gives me a nice edge on flexibility, core strength exercises and balance.

Also, as an option, I offer nutritional consulting services where I help clients with improving their food and nutrition habits. The goal of these services is to help clients make a change towards a healthier relationship towards food. After just a few sessions they become more confident with their relationship with food and they are educated enough to independently make healthy food choices.

Rather than approach personal training from a purely physical perspective, I prefer to ask specific questions, not just fitness but lifestyle choices,  but also about rest, nutrition and eating habits. I investigate thoroughly for answers in order to achieve the best results for my clients. This allows me to more quickly achieve the goals and better honor and wishes of my clients.
